How do I place an order?

Browse our catalog, select the model you want and add it to the cart. When ready, click "Checkout" and follow the steps to complete your purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Can I buy without creating an account?

Yes, at Gafas Canarias you can always buy using the "Guest Checkout" option. You can activate this option in the first step of the shopping cart.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

It is possible to modify some order details depending on its status. If your order has not yet left the warehouse, you can cancel it by contacting customer service at info@gafascanarias.com.

Are all products original?

Yes, all our products are 100% original and come with the official manufacturer's warranty. We are authorized distributors of all the brands we sell.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Most of our domestic shipments are completed in 3 to 7 calendar days. Express shipping available in 48/72 hours in the Canary Islands and 2-5 days to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you place your order.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes, you can pick it up at Óptica Herradores (C/ Herradores 70, La Laguna, Tenerife). Select the pickup option during checkout.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check the status at any time from your account.

Returns & Refunds

What is the return policy?

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return a product, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Contact info@gafascanarias.com to start the process.

How long does it take to process my refund?

The refund is processed within 2–3 business days after approval and reaches the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Can I return prescription or customized glasses?

Customized products (made-to-order glasses, personalized color combinations, contact lenses, prescription lenses) cannot be cancelled once ordered from the factory. Only changes are accepted for prescription lenses.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, PayPal Pay in 3 installments, and Revolut Pay. All payments are protected with bank-level encryption.

Is it safe to pay on the website?

Yes. The payment gateway uses TLS-AES 256-bit encryption, complies with PCI-DSS, and integrates next-generation 3-D Secure protocols.
