Shipping & Returns

Shipping options

You can buy your items online and pick them up at Óptica Herradores, or we can ship them directly to your home.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you place your order. Delivery costs for each available option will also appear in the order confirmation email.

Delivery notes

Payment methods may affect the final shipping date due to processing time.

Gafas Canarias works with the best courier companies to ensure you receive your order on time.

Gafas Canarias does not ship orders to P.O. boxes.

Pickup at Óptica Herradores

Gafas Canarias has a physical store in San Cristóbal de La Laguna — Óptica Herradores. If you live nearby and prefer to pick up in person, you can choose this option during checkout.

To pick up your items, you must bring your order number and an official photo ID.

Expected dispatch & shipping

The expected dispatch date indicates when the item will leave our warehouse. Items will be dispatched as soon as they are available.

The expected delivery date indicates when the item will arrive at your address after leaving the warehouse.

All expected dates are calculated in business days, unless otherwise stated.

Order tracking

You can track your order at any time from the Order Status page, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Failed deliveries

Courier shipping: If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice so you can reschedule delivery or change the address.

Postal shipping: If you are not home to receive it, you will receive a notification with the information needed to pick it up at your Post Office.

Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged product, contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the damage occurred during transport, we will handle the claim directly with the courier company.

How can I return an item?

Returns (not applicable to customized glasses) must be requested by contacting Customer Service by email at info@gafascanarias.com, explaining the reason. You will receive a response within 24 hours (30-day limit from delivery). Glasses must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Refunds

The refund is made using the same payment method originally used. The internal process takes 2–3 business days after approval, and the credit will be reflected within 5–7 days.

Defective items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us immediately within 30 days of receipt. You will be assigned an RA (return authorization) number and the return and refund process will be activated.

Cancellations

If your order has not yet left the warehouse, you can cancel it by contacting customer service. If your order is ready for shipping or in transit, wait to receive it before initiating a return.

Returns are subject to the Sales and Refund Policy. If you change your mind, you can return your product within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
