For you or the person you transfer the discount to. Pure-tone and speech audiometry in a soundproof booth.
Discount at purchase
We deduct the amount on your glasses invoice from the hearing aids’ retail price, up to €1,000.

The discount is yours. You can transfer it.
Does a parent, partner or friend need hearing aids but feel put off by the cost? You can transfer your discount to them. Buy your progressive glasses at Óptica Herradores or Gafas Canarias. The person you choose receives the equivalent discount when purchasing their Phonak Infinio hearing aids. The transfer is made in writing and signed in store.
You can also keep it for yourself. You decide when making the purchase.
An example of a transferred discount
Progressive glasses costing €740 give a €740 discount on hearing aids priced at €2,400. The final amount in this example is €1,660. You can transfer the discount to someone you choose.

Do you really credit 100% of the price of my glasses?
Yes, up to €1,000. The amount you paid for your glasses (frame and lenses) is credited towards the hearing aids’ retail price. If your glasses cost €600, we deduct €600. If they cost €1,000 or more, we apply the €1,000 cap.
Can I transfer the discount to someone else?
Yes. You buy your progressive glasses and the person you choose receives the discount when purchasing their hearing aids. The transfer is made in writing at the practice.
How many people can I transfer the discount to?
One glasses invoice gives one discount, applicable to one hearing aid purchase.
Do I have to pay for the progressive glasses first?
Yes. Progressive glasses are bought in a separate transaction. We apply the discount when you purchase the hearing aids.
How long do I have to use the discount?
Six months from the date of your invoice.
Does it apply if I bought my progressive glasses months ago?
Yes, provided the invoice is from Óptica Herradores or Gafas Canarias and is less than 6 months old.
Do progressive glasses from another optical practice qualify?
No. The offer applies only to progressive glasses bought at Óptica Herradores or Gafas Canarias.
Can it be combined with insurance or benefits?
Compatibility depends on the requirements of the benefit or insurance policy. Check with the responsible organisation before purchasing. The offer discount is applied to the hearing aids’ price.
What about the trial period?
30 days. If the beneficiary is not comfortable, we refund the full amount paid.
I live outside Tenerife. Can I use the offer?
Yes. Hearing care takes place in La Laguna. If you are coming from another island, we coordinate your visit.
