How can I return an item?
Returns (not applicable to customized glasses) must be requested by contacting Customer Service by email at info@gafascanarias.com, explaining the reason. You will receive a response within 24 hours (30-day limit from delivery). Glasses must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Refunds
The refund is made using the same payment method originally used.
The internal process takes 2–3 business days after approval, and the credit will be reflected within 5–7 days.
How long will it take to process the refund?
Normally, the refund is processed within 2–3 business days after approval and reaches the payment method within 5–7 business days.
What happens if I receive a defective item?
If you receive a defective or damaged product in shipping, you must contact us immediately within 30 days of receipt. You will be assigned an RA (return authorization) number and the return and refund process will be activated.
Is the invoice not sent with the order?
If you do not receive the invoice with your order, it will be sent electronically by email once requested, provided the order is identified and under administrative review.
