Shipping & Delivery

Overview

You can buy your items online and pick them up at Óptica Herradores, or we can ship them directly to your home. Here you'll find everything you need to know about deliveries, pickups, and managing your order.

Shipping Options

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you place your order. The delivery costs for each available option will also appear in the order confirmation email.

Delivery Notes

Payment methods may affect the final shipping date due to processing time.

Gafas Canarias works with the best courier companies to ensure you receive your order on time.

Gafas Canarias does not ship orders to P.O. boxes.

Pickup at Óptica Herradores

Gafas Canarias has a physical store located in San Cristóbal de La Laguna — Óptica Herradores. If you live nearby and prefer to pick up in person, you can choose this option during checkout.

To pick up your items at Óptica Herradores, you must bring your order number and an official photo ID. If you have designated an alternative pickup contact, that person must provide the order number and an official photo ID.

Next Steps

Once you place your order, we'll send you the relevant information by email. The email will differ depending on whether you chose to pick up or have the items shipped. If your order includes multiple items, you may receive a separate email for each item.

Order Confirmation

The order confirmation email includes a summary of the items in your order. If you chose to have an item shipped, the confirmation will include the delivery address and an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Notification

If you chose to have an item shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email when the item leaves the warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and delivery date.

Expected Dispatch & Shipping

The expected dispatch date indicates when the item will leave our warehouse for shipping. Items in your order will be dispatched as soon as they are available.

The expected delivery date indicates when the item will arrive at your address after leaving the warehouse.

All expected dates are calculated in business days, unless otherwise stated.

Order Changes

If your order is ready for shipping or has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. If the order is already with the carrier, you can contact them to change the delivery address if possible.

If you haven't received the shipping notification email yet, you still have time to contact customer service.

Order Tracking

You can track your order at any time from the Order Status page, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Delivery Information

If the order is to be delivered to a business address, the courier will leave it at reception or the delivery point and request a signature from the receptionist or concierge.

If you have indicated a personal address with a concierge, the courier will deliver it directly to them.

If you want to send the order to someone else in Spain, we can notify them from Gafas Canarias that the package is on its way.

Order Problems

Failed Deliveries

Courier shipping: If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a notice so you can reschedule the delivery or change the address.

Postal shipping: If the order is sent by postal mail and you are not home to receive it, you will receive a notification with the information needed to pick it up at your Post Office.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged product, contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the damage occurred during transport, we will handle the claim directly with the courier company.

If you detect a defect in the product, you can also contact us or the manufacturer's technical service, as applicable.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations

If your order has not yet left the warehouse, you can cancel it by contacting customer service.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to the Sales and Refund Policy. If you change your mind, you can return your standard or custom-configured equipment within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
