Returns and refunds
Eligible, unused frames can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Personalised products, prescription lenses, contact lenses, smart glasses and gift cards have specific conditions and exceptions. Contact us before returning an item.
Where a refund applies, it is made to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days after approval of the return and receipt of the product. Applicable costs and deductions are detailed in the policy.

Warranty
New goods have a three-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity. Products with digital elements have the applicable specific legal coverage. Damage caused by misuse or external factors is not covered.
